Jerry Frost is a very talented, professional and prolific artist. His medium is oil on canvas, sometimes working on multiple canvases. His work include abstract, figurative work and landscapes. He lives in San Francisco.

This website was designed as a portfolio of Jerry's paintings. Because his work is so vibrant and colorful, I chose a dark and neutral colored background to really make it stand out.

The site was built with "smart" Javascript-driven pages which generate the catalog page and the slideshow automatically. That way, when Jerry finishes a new painting, he can add it to his website, and the catalog and slideshow will update themselves automatically to include the new work.

The business card

I designed his business card with a similar color scheme, showing just a detail of one of his paintings to suggest the movement and color which is so rich in all of his work.

The promotional CD

We developed this flash-driven slide-show style presentation of Jerry's latest work as a promotional piece to send directly to gallery reps and interested art buyers. It includes a sound track and some simple animation designed to capture and engage the viewers attention towards some of the energetic details that are so captivating in his work.
